living area – life, of course, takes place mainly outside. On the covered terrace where the sun shines in the morning there are 2 tables and benches where where up to 12 people can have breakfast / lunch / dinner. On the covered terrace on the other side of the house there is a large lounge set where you can enjoy the sun until about 9.30 pm in the summer.

Inside there is also a large dining table which seats 12 people and a spacious living room equipped with a smart TV. On this you can stream your own content in 4k HD with modern streaming technology (i.e. Chromecast). The TV also has IPTV. This allows the smart TV app and through IPTV providers all international channels.

kitchen – complete kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.

The living area and the kitchen are air-conditioned.

6 double bedrooms – 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The bed in the master bedroom on the ground floor is a King size bed (200 x 180). In the other rooms, the beds are all Twin size (200 x 90) and can be easily pushed apart. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning.

3 bathrooms – on the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms and on the 1st floor the 3rd bathroom.

basement – there is a washing machine, a dryer and a ping pong table in the basement

Wifi/fiberglass – all rooms in the house and the outside terraces have a high quality Wifi range

non-smoking – smoking is not allowed anywhere inside our house
